A large (190 m2) well-equipped cabin built in 1992.
For a weekend or one week rental.

Can be rented as one large cabin with 23 beds or as 2 separate quarters with 12 beds (section A) and 11 beds (section B). The cabin also has a dish-washer, TV, radio, microwave-owen and a coffee-machine. All the beds are equipped with quilts and pillows, but the bedclothes have to be provided by the visitor.

Section A has a sauna, a washing machine and a nice fireplace.
An adjacent house with 2 heated rooms for storing and
preparing of skis, and for firewood storage.

The cabin is conveniently located within walking distance of Ål Skiing Centre
(Ål skisenter), and for those who prefer cross-country skiing, a 2 km lit track is situated only
50 m from the cabin.
The river Votna which is good for fishing is also within 50 m reach. Very good parking facilities.
Actif hotel is situated 250 m from the cabin, and here you can find a swimming pool, a squash court and a bar.

All this in the middle of the Norwegian "winterland", close to the famous winter resorts of Geilo and Hemsedal.

The mountainous terrain in the community of Ål is considered to be the most varied area in Norway. It offers you over 200 km of marked and prepared skiing tracks, suitable just as well for families as for the more competitive minded.
If you are looking for a nightly skiing stroll, be sure to check out one of the many different lit skiing tracks Ål has to offer.
Keep in mind that Ål can offer you one of the best skiing centres in Norway.

Regardless of which direction you go from the cabin, you can be sure to find excellent skiing conditions and beautiful views, which will certainly make you want to come back again later.
